[01]FAQ / Good to know
Questions, answered.
Timelines, pricing, process and how we work together. Can’t find yours? Just ask.
Yes, alongside client work we build and run our own products, with more than one already in motion. It keeps us honest: we live with the same decisions we recommend, from performance budgets to maintenance costs.
Yes. We stay on after launch with monitoring, maintenance and continuous optimization, the same care we give the products we run ourselves.
You do. Code, design files and accounts are yours, in repositories and tools you control. If we ever part ways, you keep everything and any competent team can pick it up.
A modern, performance-first stack chosen per project, always accessible, SEO-friendly and easy to maintain. We don’t force a favourite framework onto a problem it doesn’t fit.
Three ways: a fixed-scope project, an ongoing retainer for teams that ship continuously, or a product partnership where we design and build a product end to end as a long-term partner.
With a conversation. You tell us where you are and where you want to be; we come back with questions, then a proposal. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
Every engagement is scoped individually. After a short briefing we send a fixed proposal: what’s included, what it costs, and when it ships, so there are no surprises mid-project.
Most website projects run 6–10 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope. Larger platforms and products take longer. We’ll give you a realistic timeline in the proposal, not a hopeful one.
